Owners first,
sponsors second.
DK Equity was founded by Cody Davis and Camden Kaminsky, two investors who arrived at the same conclusion from opposite directions: the durable way to build wealth in real estate is to control the asset, operate it well, and hold through cycles.
Cody started at nineteen with three thousand dollars and a seller-financed twelve-unit building. Camden started in high school with a cross-border e-commerce business and moved the profits into real estate. Today they own and operate a multifamily portfolio together, spanning value-add repositioning and ground-up development in Central Washington.
DK Equity is the platform that lets a select group of investment partners access what we were already doing on our own: acquiring well-located Central Washington multifamily at attractive bases, improving operations, and compounding cash flow. We operate what we own, and we invest in every deal we sponsor.
Cody Davis
Cody bought his first apartment building at nineteen: a twelve-unit property in Central Washington, seller-financed with $3,000 to his name. That deal set the template. Find the owner, understand what they need, and structure a deal that works for both sides. By twenty-one he had thirty units without a single bank loan. His direct-to-seller approach has been featured nationally, including on BiggerPockets, and it is why DK sees deals that never hit the open market.

Camden Kaminsky
Camden built his first business in high school, a cross-border import operation in premium consumer goods built around a pricing gap most of the market missed. He moved the profits into real estate deliberately: single-family flips first, then multifamily full time after a brief stint in Bain & Company's private equity group. He has carried multifamily assets through multiple liquidity events and developed multiple seven-figure projects alongside Cody, from raw land to stabilized operations.

We buy in markets we know and stay in them. Well-run housing is a product residents choose. Our repositioning plans start with what makes a property worth calling home.
